I never thought that I would be saying declaring bankruptcy was a positive experience but it was. Attorney Robert Simonian and his professional staff made the process comfortable and easy, from my first phone call to the last meeting at the Bankruptcy Court Hearing. He is by far, the most compassionate and professional attorney to have on your side during a difficult time and choice of filing bankruptcy. I have and will continue to highly recommend him. A real life saver!
Lawyer Simonian helped me through a very hard time. I had 9 years of debt hanging over my head and he made the entire process very easy. His secretaries were extremely nice and responded quickly to any questions I had along the way. He was way beyond prepared during the hearing. There were other lawyers there that didn’t come prepared and some of their clients seemed confused and lost when asked questions. This guy knows his stuff. He told me it will only take a few minutes and not to worry because he was prepared and he prepared me. He was right. Everything was completed properly and quickly by Him and I was asked the least amount of questions because of how thorough he is. This guys awesome. Thanks again for all you did for me!

Mr. Simonian took me through the whole process step by step, telling me what to expect and how to prepare for the court date and filing. Because of covid-19 the court appointment was over the phone. I was a little apprehensive about going to a lawyer as well as filing for bankruptcy but he put me at ease right away and everything was better than expected.

Bankruptcy was a difficult decision. Attorney Simonian came highly recommended from a friend and he did not disappoint. As difficult as it was for me to swallow my pride and reach out for help, he made the process easy and clear that my case would be handled quickly and with relief. He was very responsive to calls and emails. The office staff were amazing and very helpful. They were very understanding and responsive to my many calls and questions, never once seeming put out trying to help me!! My family and I now have a fresh start and a stable future.
