Highest quality referral and biggest Thank you ever goes out to Phil Finegan! What a wonderful and knowledgeable person. It’s not often you can talk to a lawyer and give him an hours notice literally that you have court. Not only was he there for me in a pinch but his fee was extremely reasonable.
