Green Law Firm Commits to Fighting Elderly Abuse with Nursing Scholarship

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (September 8th, 2017) — Attorney Bill Green and his team at Green Law Firm are pleased to offer a $1500 nursing scholarship to high-achieving students who are committed pursuing a baccalaureate degree in nursing and career in elderly care.

The scholarship forms part of a wider effort by the law firm to improve the quality of care in nursing homes and fight elderly abuse and neglect. The winner will receive $1,500 towards the cost of their education.

Applicants must submit an essay on a specified topic and will be judged on the content of their application as well as their academic merits. They must be currently working at a nursing home or in an industry directly related to elderly care or hold RN status in addition to pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN).

Applications will be accepted until December 31st, 2017 and the recipient will be announced on January 22nd, 2018.
